Among in-house legal teams that haven’t begun using or exploring AI, 56% say clearer regulatory guidance would make them more likely to start—far ahead of demonstrated ROI from peers (19%) or available budget (11%).
The takeaway: For the legal teams still on the sidelines, the most compelling AI pitch may not be a better business case. It may be a clearer legal one.
