Edge Marketing Launches GEO Service to Boost Brand Authority in AI Search

MINNEAPOLIS – JULY 31, 2025 – Edge Marketing, an award-winning full-service agency specializing in strategic marketing and public relations for the legal, accounting and professional services industries, is proud to announce the launch of its generative engine optimization (GEO) service: a strategic approach to digital visibility that positions clients as trusted sources in today’s AI-driven search landscape.

As search engines, voice assistants and chatbots now use artificial intelligence to surface and summarize sources, brands face a new visibility challenge. Traditional SEO alone is no longer sufficient; success now means being cited, sourced and recommended by both human audiences and generative AI.

“AI is changing the rules of digital visibility at a breathtaking pace,” states Amy Juers, MBA, CEO at Edge Marketing. “With our new GEO service, we’re helping our clients move beyond being just seen. We ensure they’re cited, trusted and recognized as industry leaders in the moments that matter most.”

Edge’s GEO service is built on a proven foundation of content and PR strategies, now evolved for the next era of search. Clients benefit from:

  • Bylined articles and thought leadership: authoritative content optimized for both readers and AI engines.
  • Earned media and PR campaigns: brand mentions and expert commentary for enhanced credibility and AI citation.
  • Blog content: well-crafted articles that directly answer client questions and drive visibility.
  • Press release writing and distribution: news built for media pickup, industry influence and SEO/GEO results.
  • FAQs and ask-and-answer content: structured Q&As tailored for discovery in AI and voice search.
  • Digital content optimization: metadata, schema markup and technical enhancements for better discoverability.
  • Multimedia integration: podcasts, videos and infographics extending brand reach across AI-accessible channels.
  • Thought leadership amplification: placements in interviews, speaker slots and podcast features.

To support the launch of its GEO services, Edge is providing a new free downloadable Guide & Tips PDF, “Making Every Click Count: SEO Meets GEO for Real Results,” filled with actionable steps to accelerate discovery in the era of AI search and a dedicated episode of Edge Unscripted, Edge’s podcast for future-ready marketers and leaders.

Cindy Moen, senior account manager at Edge, says, “Consider that nearly 100,000 Google searches happen every second and almost 65% now end without a single click due to AI-driven answers and generative summaries. Through our existing marketing and PR services, Edge clients are ahead of the game for GEO. They’re seeing an increase in the results compared to traditional SEO alone. If your brand isn’t cited by AI, you’re missing out on a massive opportunity to reach your audience.”

Leading the Change: How Training Powers Transformation in Legal Technology – Intellek

With the legal tech landscape constantly shifting, one truth remains constant: change is inevitable.

As law firms navigate the complexities of digital transformation, geo-political shifts, and evolving client expectations, the ability to adapt quickly has become both a competitive advantage and a necessity.

But how do successful firms manage this constant state of flux, whilst maintaining operational excellence?

The Fear Factor in Transformation

Change can be anxiety-inducing, particularly in an industry built on precedent and tradition. This anxiety primarily stems from the unknown. When legal professionals lack clarity about how changes will affect their workflows, productivity, and client service capabilities, resistance naturally follows.

What’s the antidote to this resistance you ask? Education…

Education: The Foundation of Successful Change Management

For over 35 years, we at Intellek, have observed a clear pattern among law firms that successfully navigate technological and operational shifts: they prioritize comprehensive training programs that prepare their people for change before it happens. Taking a proactive approach to change, not reactive.

The most successful change initiatives in legal environments share a common first step: ensuring everyone understands not just what is changing, but why it matters and how it will benefit them.

Simply put, you cannot lead change if you don’t know where you’re going.

The Measurable Impact of Learning Technology in Legal

The data tells a compelling story about how learning management systems are transforming legal education:

  • Firms implementing comprehensive learning platforms see an average 264% increase in learning material usage, indicating stronger engagement with training resources
  • Well-trained staff contribute significantly to firm-efficiency and profitability
  • Organizations prioritizing education experience substantial financial benefits, with $29,400 average savings in employee turnover costs

Building a Culture of Continuous Learning

Leading law firms are shifting away from the traditional view of training of classroom based activities, for three-hours during onboarding, toward establishing ecosystems of continuous learning. This approach recognizes that adaptation isn’t a destination but a journey.

Utilizing Intellek helps firms to address several critical challenges:

  1. New Hire Onboarding: Establishing consistent knowledge foundations for all staff
  2. Technology Capability: Ensuring proficiency within essential legal tech tools
  3. Continued Education: Supporting ongoing professional development
  4. Performance Measurement: Providing analytics to identify knowledge gaps
  5. Digital Adoption: Accelerating the implementation of new technologies

The Integrated Approach to Legal Learning

Intellek’s learning solutions go beyond conventional training methods by integrating multiple components:

  • Intellek LMS: Centralizing all learning activities with in-depth tracking & reporting
  • Intellek Learn: Providing access to over 1,400 courses used by law firms
  • Intellek Create: Enabling the development of tech-specific training
  • Intellek deliver: Delivering guidance within workflows and applications

This comprehensive approach creates a learning environment specifically designed to make change management more accessible and effective.

Education Within Workflow

Perhaps the most significant evolution in legal training is the shift toward delivering education within existing workflows. Rather than requiring professionals to step away from their work to learn, Intellek integrate learning moments directly into daily tasks.

This contextual learning approach dramatically reduces disruption while increasing retention and application of new knowledge.

Looking Forward

As the legal sector continues to evolve, the firms that thrive will be those that embrace a proactive approach to change, supported by robust training frameworks that prepare their people for what’s next.

The question is no longer whether your firm will face significant change, but rather: How prepared will your people be when it arrives?

What strategies has your firm implemented to support continuous learning and change management? I’d love to hear your experiences in the comments below.

Daryl is Head of Business Development & Innovation at Intellek, helping legal organizations navigate technological change through comprehensive learning solutions. Intellek has been supporting the legal sector for 35 years, globally.

Taking control of hybrid work

Discover how Belt’s AI-native Work Management software restores visibility and control for managing hybrid work without sacrificing flexibility.

In two preceding articles [1], set out how hybrid and dispersed working have eroded the capacity of managers to manage and explained why firms need better remedies than continually checking-in or traditional project management software. In this concluding piece, I explain how a new Work Management application from Belt, can give firms back the visibility and control that are the keys to effective people management and simultaneously allow lawyers to keep the flexibility of WFH.

They say you can’t manage what you can’t measure. In a hybrid world, we can add: “You can’t manage what you can’t see.” Hybrid, remote, and dispersed working have become established and yet we’ve also established that they create a core business problem. Managers are detached from their teams, they can no longer see what’s going on. The result is that managers are driven to overmanage with too many meetings, too much communication and too much reliance on work management systems that were never designed to fill this particular role.

In the preceding article [2], I introduced an alternative way forward, which harnesses the power of AI-native software to give managers clear, real-time insights into the activities of remote workers. The idea is that by restoring visibility and control, those who want to work remotely still can, while at the same time their bosses can see and understand the work they’re doing and manage people and teams appropriately and effectively once more.

Effective hybrid work management: Discover a new solution that balances remote visibility and in-office control for law firms.

Overcoming The Problems With Hybrid Working And Getting The Best Of Both Worlds

In my previous article [1], I noted that hybrid working is here to stay, even though it severely disrupts traditional in-person people management and firms haven’t yet found a satisfactory way to overcome this. In this follow-up piece, I outline the thinking behind a new ‘best of both worlds’ solution that keeps the benefits of hybrid while helping firms negate the disadvantages.

In the first article in this series I proposed that the trouble with hybrid working is that leadership and supervision can’t be done effectively when people work remotely.  What I call ‘two-minute management’ is missing in action, so managers struggle to manage. This can lead to serious long-term consequences for the firm.

These can include chronic performance and commitment issues and flagging productivity, or its opposite, which is burnout. Without traditional levels of people visibility, managers are managing blind. Hence, firm leaders are trying to cajole partners and associates back into the office full time, while they’re simultaneously wary of upsetting lawyers who’re productive at home, and of being so heavy-handed with calls back to the office that talent leaves.
